New City Hall Hours

Effective July 1, the hours for the front office at City Hall are Monday through Thursday from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-5:30. As a reminder, the City accepts utility payments via mail, phone, online, and through the secure payment drop box next to the front door of City Hall.

What if is there is an emergency and city offices are closed?

• If it is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.
• If it is regarding an animal bite, please call Lane County Dispatch at 541-682-4150.
• If it is a water or sewer emergency, please call Lowell Public Works at 541-520-2950.
