Community Facilities Study Approved

Library

In 2018 the City received an estimate of $538,755 to repair City Hall and the Library. Considering age of the facility, other needed renovations, and location, the City Council hired an architect to develop a Community Facilities Study and take a more comprehensive approach to future facilities. The study was drafted with input from the Downtown MP, stakeholder interviews, a public workshop, and Downtown MP Steering Committee. The approved plan will be used to guide development of the Library, future Community Center and City Hall.
