Library Capital Campaign

The City of Lowell and our Library Committee have launched a capital campaign to fund the renovation of the new Maggie Osgood Library. Our goal is to develop a facility that provides a welcoming, supportive environment for the entire community with resources for education, entertainment, and community events.

We understand these are difficult and challenging times. If you can give, any amount is sincerely appreciated. A pledge of volunteer support is also welcomed. This campaign is intended to raise funds; however, it is just as important that we --- as a community --- show granting agencies that our community supports the project.
